About

profile pic fall 2015As a mom of two, my family’s health is my number one priority. I know how important, and challenging, eating well, making time for movement, and self care can be; for myself and my family. I look forward to supporting clients with these issues. I hear so many people say they “don’t have time to eat well, or don’t know what foods benefit their body, or how to better take care of themselves”. Well that’s where I come in, I can show you easy and sustainable ways to do just that. What a fantastic gift to give to yourself and your loved ones!

As someone who has struggled with cravings, digestive problems, adrenal fatigue, joint pain, acne, autoimmunity and issues surrounding weight (not to mention a recent bout with Lyme), I have the experience to support you in every way possible. “Been there, done that”, and now I’d love to help you!

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I decided to become a health coach out of necessity. I was not receiving answers from conventional doctors and specialists, so I needed to do my own research in order to improve my health. I am the perfect example of how “cookie cutter” diets do not work; not one way of eating works for every-body, and this is how I approach my clients!

My journey was just that, “a journey”; through eliminating ‘foods’ that were causing my body harm, and introducing the foods that heal rather than harm. I turned to a Paleo/Weston A. Price/traditional nutrition plan/style of eating, and a whole new world opened up to me, as well as to my family!  Once I started to heal, I knew that I needed to share my experiences, and provide support and guidance to others who were searching for answers as well.

It is truly an honor to partner with my clients in reaching their health goals. Maybe they’ve been given a diagnosis of autoimmunity and don’t know how to eat, maybe they need to boost their immune system, increase energy, learn how to sleep better, learn how to move more appropriately for their current health concern, learn how to cook healthier for their family, or tackle some nagging  digestive issues; I am there for whatever support is needed.
